Assist Helpdesk grew from a requirement where commercial packages required schools to adapt to “corporate” processes, none of which took into account that they were dealing with children and families. Assist is designed to draw from central schools databases such as SASS, Synergetic and Tass so that the essential data for past, future and current students, their families and current and past staff are all kept in synch.

Assist has grown from strength to strength as every new client has asked for something different and we have always responded. If it is not in Assist and we can see that it will save you time and resources, invariably we will add it to the product.
